Jeddo started with a recipe, not a marketing story.
Jeddo was born in 1919. At 23, he opened a restaurant in Beirut and became known for traditional Lebanese food and shawarma. Decades later, his grandchildren carried his secret recipe to Dubai.
In 2022 — on Jeddo’s 103rd birthday — Shawarma Jeddo opened in Dubai to continue that family tradition.
